► Practice at 70% of your capacity.
► Tip, double up on chime intervals. e.g. Monitor a 20 second inhale via two 10 second intervals.

► Smooth and gentle transitions, between long and even draws of the breath, are where and how accumulated stress in the nervous system is dissipated.
► Combine with Whole Body Breathing techniques. e.g. Similar to belly breathing, with the entirety of the whole body.
► Intended to help students develop a 2 minute breath: 1 minute inhale, 1 minute exhale.
